Ms Divya Swamy
Divya Swamy is a Partner at DYLC’s Delhi-NCR office. She is a graduate of Dr. RML National Law University Lucknow and LLM from National Law University Delhi. She has been in legal practice since her registration with the Bar Council of Delhi (2014). She holds a broad experience in Consumer Protection, Competition matters, commercial Litigation and in matters related to women rights. She has acted as trial and appellate counsel in both individual and class action suits involving claims in various practice areas, including competition laws, service matters, consumer protection, and complex commercial and family disputes. In addition, she also advises companies on consumer protection and antitrust compliance concerns.
Ms. Swamy advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint venture transactions, securities offerings and other corporate transactions. She regularly advises private companies and enterprises with regard to regulatory compliances. She is also family lawyer and advises on matrimonial disputes, and actively takes up cases of crimes against women.
