Mr. Yagyawalka Singh
Mr. Yagyawalkya Singh is the Managing Partner at DYLC. He is an Advocate-On-Record in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. He graduated from Dr. RML National Law University Lucknow and has been in litigation practice since his registration with the Bar Council of Delhi (2014). His areas of expertise include complex criminal and civil litigations before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Hon’ble Allahabad High Court & Hon’ble Lucknow Bench, District Courts and Tribunals. He has represented private litigants, public and private companies, associations and the State as clients in litigation matters across a wide array of subjects, including Criminal matters, RERA, Consumer Laws, Environmental Laws and Civil Litigation.
Mr. Singh is an Advocate for the Government of Uttar Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board (UPPCB), PSUs such as National Buildings Construction Corporation Limited (NBCC) and National Hydro-Electric Power Corporation (NHPC), in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. He is Additional Standing Counsel for various important Municipal Corporations such as NDMC and SDMC before the High Court of Delhi and Standing Counsel for Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam (GNN), Lucknow, Mathura & Vrindavan, Kanpur, Moradabad and Saharanpur Municipal Corporations in Supreme Court of India and NGT. His empanelment feature prominent development authorities such as Delhi Development Authority (DDA), NOIDA, Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA), Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA), Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) and Ghaziabad Develpoment Authority (GDA) among other Development Authorities such as, Agra, Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Moradabad, Saharanpur, Meerut, Prayagraj.
In his practice, Mr. Singh has handled numerous cases, arbitrations and civil disputes in a variety of areas, including high stake environment disputes, insurance, real estate, criminal trials, and property disputes. He is known as a go-to strategist and litigator with various key industry players such as SHRIRAM General Insurance, Windsor Group, Perfect Metal Structures Company and PM Impex Group, Ananda Dairy Group, among others. He is also on board as a counsel for Litigation and Advisory for various other key private players.
